My communication with Naveed was 100% via email, in the form of 33 exchanges, spanning over 7 calendar days, to be exact. Not to mention, over a time difference of 12 hours with a distance of >10k miles between our two cities. I first reached out to Naveed asking for help in getting a Round Trip ticket for my mom to visit my family and I here in the US. I was very specific with airline, along with layover-duration, cities, travel-time and dates. Being a person who is very particular with excellent communication, I must say it's hands-down that Naveed could not have done it better! With every one of my questions and queries, Naveed was very responsive, thorough and precise. He answered every one of my concerns over the weekend too, just to illustrate his genuine commitment. Naveed also had great hindsight and foresight by providing me suggestions and advice in order to minimize the back-and-forth. Naveed was also truly-empathic towards my mom's medical condition. He was kind, caring and very patient when it came to taking care of my mom's passport-scans in-person as well as completing the travel-visa application for her. Naveed went above and beyond as well by staying past work hours to make sure my mom had all her ticket details so that it would not be necessary for her to swing-by Fayyaz Travels again the next day. In its entirety, it was an impromptu travel plan, given the short timeframe as the departure had to take place in less than 4 business days from my first email to Naveed. What more with a major holiday in the US happening simultaneously (Independence Day). I am very impressed by how Naveed handled the entire engagement with true professionalism. He executed it with grace and calm. He set expectations right and over-delivered. My mom is en-route as I write this. But I know that she has been very impressed with Naveed's kindness and expertise too. He answered all her questions and concerns and set her mind at rest. Naveed - My mom, my family and I cannot thank you enough! Thank You so much for keeping an eye out for her and seeing to every single detail of her trip. Despite being under the multiple changes and request in the initial planning of the Italy trip, the agent was the epitome of professionalism! He handled everything calmly, professionally and even with a tad of humor! I would endorse Professional Travel to any company looking to integrate a cost-effective trip without compromising the flight comfort. Grazie Suman ?? and not forgetting, Dean and Sonja! They facilitated us with the daily itineraries a day in advance during the entire stay in Italy. Nevertheless, it would be very helpful if the coordinator share google map links instead of giving screenshots so that client do not have to type out the meeting points. Aside from that, no complaints to the rest of the selection made for on behalf of us. Gob job team!
